Reports indicate that Saudi club Al-Qadisiyah has made an official offer to Al-Nassr's management to sign Portuguese midfielder Octavio Monteiro during the ongoing summer transfer window.

Famous journalist Fabrizio Romano confirmed that negotiations between Al-Qadisiyah and Al-Nassr are still ongoing, amidst anticipation regarding the player's situation, as he has not joined Al-Nassr's training camp taking place in Austria.

Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus decided to exclude Octavio from the external preparations, which has increased the likelihood of his departure this summer, whether to Al-Qadisiyah or other clubs within the kingdom.

Romano noted that Octavio also has an offer from another Saudi club, specifically Al-Dhariyah, which competes in the Yelo League, while the player leans towards staying in the capital, Riyadh.

It is worth mentioning that Octavio transferred to Al-Nassr in the summer of 2023 from Porto for around 60 million euros, and he has only one season left on his contract with 'Al-Nassr'.
