Former Zamalek Star Praises Abdullah El-Said

Hamada Abdel Latif, the former Zamalek star, praised Abdullah El-Said, the star of the white team, confirming that renewing his contract with the club is a big win.

Abdel Latif said in television statements: "The results of friendly matches are not important before the start of the next season, and the coach is getting to know the players, so he requested to play two friendly matches against Ghazl El-Mahalla and Proksy."

He added: "Abdullah El-Said is a great player, and the team needs him at this time. Renewing his contract is a gain for Zamalek because he is a leader both on and off the field and will have a significant role with the younger players due to his experience."

He explained: "It is difficult to judge the new signings in friendly matches, but official matches are what truly reveal a player's level."
