Al-Fateh Complains About Al-Buraikan After a Year of His Transfer to Al-Ahli
According to press sources, Al-Fateh Club has filed a complaint against its former player Feras Al-Buraikan, who is currently with Al-Ahli Jeddah, citing violations of 4 clauses in 3 articles of the regulations concerning professional players and their transfers.
On its part, the Professionalism and Player Status Committee of the Football Association rejected Al-Fateh's complaint on substantive grounds last February, but a month later, the club filed an appeal against the decision with the Saudi Sports Arbitration Center.
Press sources reported that the Professionalism Committee did not delay in reviewing or issuing a ruling regarding Al-Fateh's complaint against Al-Buraikan's transfer to Al-Ahli Jeddah.
The reports mentioned that the Professionalism Committee is undertaking its procedures after receiving the complaint and is requesting official statements from all parties, taking into account the player's commitments to the national team to avoid any conflict with official participation.
It is noteworthy that Al-Buraikan has played 76 matches with Al-Ahli since joining, scoring 22 goals and providing 16 assists for his teammates.
