Former Zamalek Player: Joining Mehdi Suleiman Will Add Competition Next Season
Amr Abdel Salam, a former Zamalek player, praised the new signings of Zamalek, confirming that Mehdi Suleiman is a strong addition to the team.
He stated on the "Zamalekawi" program on Zamalek Club's channel: "The goalkeeping position at Zamalek is fine at the moment with the presence of Mohamed Sobhi and Mohamed Awad, and the addition of Mehdi Suleiman will enhance competition next season. In my opinion, there will be no concern in this position at all."
He added: "Ferreira is trying to impose order and discipline in Zamalek's camp, which is very good, and there will be harmony between the new signings and the old players. The selection of the signings was coordinated between John Edward and the Belgian head coach."
He explained: "Zamalek's signings so far have been successful, and in my opinion, the team needs a new striker, a right-back, and a defensive midfielder. There is also significant interest from Ferreira in the youth sector because it is the foundation."
