United FC, competing in the UAE First Division League, has announced the appointment of renowned Italian coach Andrea Pirlo as the new head coach of the team, in a move aimed at enhancing the club's ambitious project and promotion to the professional league.

Pirlo, 46 years old, has previous coaching experience, notably leading the Italian team Sampdoria during the 2023-2024 season, in addition to his stint with Juventus in the 2020-2021 season, where he won the Italian Super Cup and the Coppa Italia.

The management of United FC expressed their happiness with the hiring of Pirlo, confirming that his experience as a world-class player and coach will add a lot to the team and help in developing the players' level.

Reports indicated that the Italian coach will start his duties immediately in preparation for the new season.
