The young star of Erbil Club and the Iraqi national team, Mustafa Qabeel, has taken his first steps towards a new professional experience outside Iraq, after receiving an official offer from Saudi Al-Ittifaq Club to join during the ongoing summer transfer window, amid increasing interest from Gulf clubs seeking to benefit from the rising player's services.

Sources close to Erbil Club reported that the 20-year-old player informed his club's management of his serious desire to pursue a professional experience in the Saudi Professional League, considering this step a significant development in his football career, especially after his remarkable performance during the last season in the Iraqi Premier League.

Mustafa Qabeel, who excels in playing as a right and left winger, played 28 matches for Erbil last season, scoring 6 goals and assisting 5 others, and drew attention with his talent, speed, and individual skills, which made him one of the prominent names among young players on the Iraqi scene.

Qabeel is considered one of the key pillars of the Iraqi youth national team and has recently been promoted to the Olympic team by coach Emad Mohammed, as part of a developmental plan aimed at integrating distinguished young talents into national teams in preparation for upcoming continental competitions.
