On Tuesday evening, Raja Sports Club announced the joining of national coach Hicham Abou Chrouane to the technical staff of the first team, to serve as the assistant to Tunisian coach Lassaad Jarda Al-Shabi. This move aims to enhance the coaching staff with highly skilled individuals who possess field experience.

The "Green" club clarified in an official statement via its social media pages that this step is part of a new technical vision aimed at benefiting from national talents within the Raja framework, especially from names that have accumulated extensive experience both on and off the field.

Abou Chrouane is considered one of the club's own, having previously held the position of technical director within Raja before the management decided to transfer him to the first team's technical staff to benefit from his experience as a former international player and his strong ties to the team, both on a technical and administrative level.

This decision reflects Raja's desire to restructure its technical staff in preparation for the new season, in which the club aims to compete strongly for titles both locally and continentally.
