Former Zamalek Star Praises Al-Ahly Board
Tamer Abdel Hamid, the former Zamalek star, praised the management of Al-Ahly under the leadership of Mahmoud El-Khatib, affirming that they work for the benefit of the Red Giant.
Tamer Abdel Hamid said during the "Classico" program on ON channel: "Al-Ahly's management works for the benefit of the Red Giant, and I support the presence of Zamalek's sons like Mido and Hazem Emam in the current experience."
He added: "Where are the sons of Zamalek? Meanwhile, the rival Al-Ahly appointed a sports director from Al-Ahly's sons and leads departments with players from the club's own offspring."
He continued: "The gap is widening between us and Al-Ahly; Al-Ahly meets Laporta to start in his stadium from where Barcelona ended, Al-Ahly wins the Champions League on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Al-Ahly has 5 branches, ladies and gentlemen."
