Ekitike Travels to Liverpool
French striker Hugo Ekitike traveled to England today, Tuesday, to complete his transfer to Liverpool.
This comes after the Premier League champions reached an agreement with German club Eintracht Frankfurt to sign the 23-year-old player.
The deal will be for a fee of £79 million, with a fixed price of £69 million and £10 million in variables.
Ekitike is expected to undergo medical examinations, after which contracts will be signed between the two parties, and Liverpool will then introduce him as a new player.
