Bonifas Confirms Continuation with Bayer Leverkusen
Nigerian striker Victor Bonifas of Bayer Leverkusen has revealed his fate with the German team after several clubs, including Saudi Arabia's Al-Nassr, expressed interest in acquiring his services during the ongoing summer transfer window.
It is worth noting that Al-Nassr's interest in Bonifas comes after the loan of Colombian striker John Duran to Turkish club Fenerbahçe this summer.
Bonifas stated in press remarks that he is continuing with Bayer Leverkusen and is committed to the duration of his contract.
He added, "My future is here.. My decision is 100% clear, I am still tied to a contract that extends for 3 years, and I aspire to win titles with Bayer Leverkusen."
The Nigerian indicated that he has not been affected by the news regarding his future and that his focus is on achieving his goals with Bayer Leverkusen.
