Prominent Saudi clubs have entered a strong race to sign Moroccan international Youssef En-Nesyri, the striker for Turkish club Fenerbahçe, during the current summer transfer window, according to the Turkish newspaper "Sabah".

The newspaper confirmed that Al-Hilal, Neom, and Al-Qadisiyah have shown official interest in acquiring the top scorer of Fenerbahçe, who had a remarkable performance last season by scoring 30 goals and providing 7 assists in 52 matches, making him one of the standout strikers in the Turkish league.

Al-Qadisiyah's move specifically comes to compensate for the departure of Gabonese striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, while Al-Hilal and Neom aim to strengthen their attacking line with global names, as part of their local and continental competition strategies.

Despite En-Nesyri's strong scoring performance, the player has faced some criticism regarding his playing style, which has opened the door to the possibility of his departure from Fenerbahçe if he receives a suitable financial offer.

According to the same source, the Turkish club's management has set a price of 35 million euros to part with the Moroccan star, who joined the team last summer from Sevilla for 20 million euros.

The report added that En-Nesyri's high salary has contributed to a decrease in interest from some European clubs, making the Saudi league the closest destination for him, given the serious moves from the three clubs to submit official offers in the coming days.
