Reports have revealed that the German club Bayern Munich is ready to make a new offer to acquire Colombian Luis Diaz, the winger from English club Liverpool, during the ongoing summer transfer window.

Renowned Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano stated via his account on the platform 'X' that Diaz remains the top target for the Bavarian club this summer, and the management is working to reach an agreement with Liverpool regarding the deal.

Romano clarified that Bayern Munich has added the name of Malo Gusto, the winger from French club Lyon, to their shortlist as an alternative option, in case Liverpool refuses to part ways with Luis Diaz.

He noted that Bayern has already contacted Lyon to understand the terms of a deal for Gusto, in anticipation of the potential failure to finalize the Diaz transfer.
