According to reports from Saudi Arabia, Al-Ahli succeeded in signing Brazilian Octavio da Silva from Al-Nasr, without disclosing the details of the deal.
Octavio was admired by German Matthias Jaissle, the coach of Al-Ahli Jeddah, who won the AFC Champions League and is looking for strong reinforcements to compete for the Saudi league title next season.
