Fakhr El-Din Ben Youssef Criticizes Al-Ahly's Treatment of Ali Maaloul
The Tunisian Fakhr El-Din Ben Youssef, star of Al-Masry Al-Portsaid, criticized Al-Ahly's treatment of former team player Ali Maaloul.
Fakhr El-Din Ben Youssef said via the podcast "Goal Cast": "Ferjani Sassi won the hearts of Zamalek fans in a short period; he is a wonderful player with many talents. His level with Zamalek is better than during his time at Esperance, and he was unhappy about leaving Zamalek."
He added: "Ali Maaloul gave a lot to Al-Ahly club, won numerous championships, and broke records. He is not satisfied with the way he left Al-Ahly; the injury changed everything, and the club did not stand by him."
He concluded his statements: "Moreover, the treatment was not good in the last days of Ali Maaloul at Al-Ahly club."
