According to the reports, the decision by Al-Nassr's management to appoint Semedo, a member of the technical committee, as CEO was aimed at managing administrative affairs and issuing related decisions.
The decision to appoint Semedo also came to avoid any disruptions until a new board of directors is appointed, following the end of the previous board's term last week.
