Mustafa Saad Messi, the current player for ZED and former Al Ahly player, commented on his experience with the Red team, affirming that he does not regret it despite not having received his full opportunity.

Messi continued during the "Stars of the Nile League" program on "On Sport FM": "I wished to participate with Al Ahly in the Club World Cup; we all strive to play in major tournaments of that caliber, and hopefully, I will be present with the Egyptian national team in the upcoming period."

He added: "Rogerio Micale is a world-class coach, and I expected him to continue in the Egyptian league. The presence of the duo Zizo and Elneny added a lot to us in the tournament, and this generation achieved a historic accomplishment by being among the top four teams in the Olympics, which is an achievement that hasn't been realized in 50 to 60 years, and some of its members are currently excelling in the Egyptian league."

He continued: "The match against Morocco in the Olympics was the hardest moment in my football career; we presented remarkable performances in the African Championship and the Olympics, and we suffered a painful loss similar to Paris Saint-Germain."

He added: "I work hard to be present with the Egyptian national team under the leadership of Hossam Hassan, who gives everyone a chance."

Mustafa Saad Messi concluded: "Imam Ashour is the best player, and the trio Haytham Shaaban, Ahmed Sami, and Zizo have added a lot to me. I hope to make a strong start with ZED next season and pursue a professional career abroad, and hopefully, we will be among the top seven teams."
