Benzarti Clarifies His Position on Preferring Wydad or Raja
The veteran Tunisian coach Fawzi Benzarti broke his silence regarding his football inclinations between Raja and Wydad Casablanca, after having coached both teams during his long career.
During his appearance on the program "Asalama", Benzarti confirmed that he does not prefer one team over the other, emphasizing that he holds great respect for both Raja and Wydad, due to the experiences and achievements he has had with each club.
Benzarti added that he recently spent many days with Wydad before the club's president changed, which prevented him from returning to lead the team again.
He also noted that he was a candidate to coach Wydad during their participation in the Club World Cup, but circumstances changed.
