This decision was made due to the incomplete procedures required to obtain the initial occupancy license, as a result of the requirements of the regulations governing construction intervention procedures.
The club clarified that the magnitude of the work done on the stadium prevented the fulfillment of all the conditions required for licensing, despite Barcelona's desire to gradually reopen the stadium according to sectors.
The club continues to coordinate with the Barcelona City Council and the relevant authorities to complete the requirements, pledging to inform members and fans of any updates regarding the return of the stadiums.
