Manchester United Makes Improved Offer for Mbeumo
Thursday 17-07-2025
Manchester United has made an improved offer totaling £70 million to sign forward Bryan Mbeumo, the star of Brentford, during the current summer transfer window.

The Athletic revealed that the new offer from the Red Devils includes £65 million as a fixed fee, along with £5 million in incentives, awaiting a response from the London club to the official offer.

Brentford had previously rejected two offers from Manchester United, the first valued at £45 million with £10 million in incentives, and the second at £55 million with £7.5 million in incentives, while the club aims to exceed the figure Wolverhampton received from the sale of Matheus Cunha for £62.5 million.

It is noted that Mbeumo, who is 25 years old, is contracted with Brentford until the summer of 2026 with an option for an additional year, and he has recently informed his club's management and Tottenham of his clear desire to move to Manchester United.

The talented forward scored 20 goals and provided 8 assists in the Premier League last season, confirming his status as one of the top strikers in the competition.
