Absence of Union Duo from Team Camp

The international duo, Houssam Aouar, a player for the Algerian national team, and Mario Metai, a defender for the Albanian national team, missed the start of the Union Club's camp in preparation for the new season scheduled to start in August.

Reports confirmed that the absence of the players is not due to technical or administrative reasons, but rather a result of being granted an additional rest period by the coaching staff, in appreciation of their recent participation with their national teams.

Aouar had participated with Algeria, while Metai played international matches with Albania during the last international break, which necessitated extending their holiday to maintain their physical readiness.

The Union Club is preparing for the new season through an external camp that includes intensive training programs and friendly matches, as part of preparations aimed at appearing stronger at both local and continental levels.

Aouar and Metai are expected to join the team later, after completing the designated rest period granted to them by the club's technical and medical staff.
