Officially: Aston Villa Signs Dutch Marco Bizot
Aston Villa has announced via its official website the signing of Dutch goalkeeper Marco Bizot, coming from Stade Brestois in France, in a permanent deal for an undisclosed amount.
Bizot has extensive experience, having participated last season with the French team in the UEFA Champions League, and he has previously represented the Netherlands at the international level.
The Dutch goalkeeper is a graduate of the famous Ajax Academy and has previously played for Groningen and Alkmaar in the Netherlands, and Genk in Belgium, before moving to the French league four years ago.
Aston Villa welcomed the international goalkeeper in an official statement saying: "Welcome to Villa Park, Marco."
