Bellingham Undergoes Surgery in London, Duration of Absence
British media reports indicate that Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham will undergo surgery on his left shoulder tomorrow, Wednesday, in London, and he is expected to be out for a period of 10-12 weeks.
The English star suffered a shoulder dislocation during the match between Real Madrid and Rayo Vallecano in November 2023, which caused him to miss four matches at that time, before he managed to cope with the injury through conservative treatment.
Bellingham recently participated in all of Real Madrid's matches in the FIFA Club World Cup, from which the team was eliminated in the semi-finals against Paris Saint-Germain with a heavy loss of 4-0, which led to the postponement of the surgery until mid-July.
Bellingham is expected to return to the pitch in October, meaning he will miss the beginning of La Liga and England's matches in the World Cup qualifiers.
