Senegalese striker Nicolas Jackson faces an unclear future within Chelsea during the ongoing summer transfer window, amid interest from several clubs in signing him this summer.

Sky Sports reported that the London club is not actively seeking to sell their player, but Jackson's continuation until the end of the transfer window remains in doubt.

The network pointed out that Chelsea has been active in the market so far, having signed duo Liam Delap and Joao Pedro, which has pushed Jackson down the pecking order among strikers for the coach, making him relatively out of the main plans as options in the attack increase.

The report added that Pedro and Delap are ahead of Jackson in the center forward position, prompting other clubs to move to try to sign him, especially given the significant shortage of available strikers in the current summer market.

At the same time, Sky Sports confirmed that Chelsea's management prefers to keep as many ready players for competition as possible, but does not rule out any scenario if a suitable offer for Jackson arrives in the coming weeks.
