Harvey Elliott Approaches West Ham to Replace Kudus
Monday 14-07-2025
Harvey Elliott, the midfielder from Liverpool FC, is nearing a transfer to West Ham United during the current summer transfer window, as he seeks a greater opportunity for participation.

The British newspaper "The Guardian" reported that West Ham has shown a strong desire to sign Elliott to compensate for the departure of Mohammed Kudus this summer, as coach Graham Potter has prioritized him for strengthening the team.

According to the report, the deal could cost West Ham between £40 and £50 million, with the player having given preliminary approval to leave after his chances with Liverpool diminished due to the signing of Florian Wirtz and Arne Slot's reliance on Mohamed Salah.

Elliott, who is 22 years old, excelled with the England U21 team in the European Championship, scoring 5 goals that led the team to victory, and he only started twice for Liverpool in the Premier League last season, amid interest from German club RB Leipzig, but West Ham seems to be the closest to signing him.
