Botafogo currently occupies the sixth position in the Brazilian league with 21 points, 6 points behind the leaders Flamengo.
Davide and his father Carlo left their coaching positions at Real Madrid at the end of the last season, noting that Carlo Ancelotti is currently coaching the Brazilian national team.
