Reports have revealed that Portuguese player João Félix, currently with Chelsea, is nearing a departure during the current summer transfer window, as Benfica aims to reacquire him to strengthen the team's attack.

Félix, who has had a professional career with Atlético Madrid, Barcelona, Chelsea, and AC Milan on loan, played 41 matches last season between Chelsea and Milan, scoring 10 goals and providing 3 assists.

According to 'Mundo Deportivo', Benfica is interested in signing Félix for 20 million euros with the support of the team's coach Bruno Lage, while Chelsea insists on demanding 30 million euros for the player's sale.

It is noted that Félix is under contract with Chelsea until 2031, but he is definitely out of the plans of Italian coach Enzo Maresca, which increases the likelihood of his departure this summer.
