Leipzig Sets Price for Forward Benjamin Sesko
Saturday 12-07-2025
The website "TEAMtalk" revealed that Saudi Al-Hilal has shown significant interest in signing Slovenian forward Benjamin Sesko, a player of the German club Leipzig, during the current summer transfer window.

This move by Al-Hilal comes after Arsenal withdrew from the race to sign Sesko due to the high financial demands set by Leipzig, which exceeded 90 million euros.

The report confirmed that Al-Hilal's management has already made initial contacts with the German side in an attempt to understand the terms of the contract with the player, but the financial demands remain a major obstacle.

Despite Al-Hilal's interest in signing Sesko to strengthen their attacking line, the club has not yet submitted an official offer and prefers to continue evaluating its available options in the market.

With the decline in interest from Italian clubs and Arsenal stepping away from the deal, Al-Hilal remains one of the main interested parties. Will the leader be able to convince Leipzig to reduce the amount and finalize the deal?
