Officially.. Benfica Announces the Signing of Carreras' Replacement from Real Madrid

The Portuguese club Benfica has announced the signing of Spanish full-back Rafael Obrador from Real Madrid, in a deal worth approximately 5 million euros.

The player has signed a contract that extends for five years, until the summer of 2030, in a move aimed at strengthening the team's lineup in preparation for the new season.

Benfica's signing of the Spanish star comes to compensate for the departure of Álvaro Carreras to Real Madrid in the coming days.

The royal club will sign Carreras for 50 million euros to be paid in installments.
