Theo Hernandez Bids Farewell to Milan Fans with an Emotional Message
Theo Hernandez, the new Al Hilal player, bid farewell to Milan fans with a message on Instagram.
Al Hilal announced the signing of Theo Hernandez on a contract that extends until the summer of 2028.
In his message, Theo said: "After six years at this club, it's time to say goodbye. I arrived at Milan in 2019, carrying a set of dreams and great enthusiasm to wear a prestigious jersey."
He added: "I leave today after experiencing unforgettable moments, such as winning the Italian league and the Super Cup, and most importantly, sharing the locker room with extraordinary people."
He continued: "Thank you very much to my teammates, and to every coach who believed in me, especially Paolo Maldini, for his support, vision, and leadership."
He went on: "And thank you very much to the Milan fans, who were always by our side, in good times and bad. Your support is an honor that I will never forget, and it will remain in my heart."
He added: "My decision to leave was not easy. I have always known where I wanted to be, and Milan has always been my priority, but unfortunately, not everything depends on one person."
He explained: "The club's trajectory and some recent decisions do not reflect the values or ambitions that brought me here. It is time to turn a page and start a new one, different but equally important to me."
He continued: "I leave with my head held high because I have always given my best for this club, fully committed, and sharing the same dreams as these fans."
He concluded: "I leave with a heart full of hope, hoping that Milan will soon return to the place it deserves. Milan will always remain a part of me."
