Roma Makes Official Offer to Sign Flamengo Star
Reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano revealed on his official account on the social media platform 'X' that the Italian club Roma has made an official offer to Brazilian Flamengo to sign the young right-back Wesley Franca during the current summer transfer window.
Romano clarified that the initial offer made by Roma amounts to about 20 million euros, after reaching an agreement with the player on personal terms.
In contrast, Flamengo is demanding a sum of 25 million euros, which is the same offer made by Russian Zenit Saint Petersburg, but the player rejected the move to Zenit, preferring to join Roma.
Wesley, who is 21 years old, is considered one of the most prominent rising Brazilian talents, having participated this season in 25 matches with Flamengo across various competitions, scoring one goal and providing two assists, and he was included in the Brazil national team list last March.
