Morocco's retention of its international rank is attributed to its positive results in recent times, both in the qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup and in high-profile friendly matches, enabling the team to keep its points tally without any notable losses.

It is worth mentioning that the Moroccan national team is preparing to resume its journey in the World Cup qualifiers next September, amidst fan aspirations to continue the strong performance displayed in the 2022 World Cup and the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations.
