The British newspaper "The Sun" revealed that Saudi Al-Hilal has begun serious moves to sign Spanish striker Cesc Fabregas, following the failure of negotiations with Nigerian Victor Osimhen, the star of Italian Napoli, during the current summer transfer window.

According to the report, Al-Hilal is preparing to make an attractive financial offer to convince Fabregas to move to the Saudi Roshan League, as the club aims to strengthen its attacking line with top-tier European names, after the Osimhen deal faltered due to the player's refusal.
