Zamalek Refuses Delay from Abdel-Majid and Al-Sayed Regarding New Contract
Wednesday 09-07-2025
Officials of Zamalek Club are still insisting on extending the contracts of the duo, Hossam Abdel-Majid and Mohamed Al-Sayed, in the upcoming period to prevent their departure from the team for free.

According to press reports, the Zamalek management has informed the duo, Hossam Abdel-Majid and Mohamed Al-Sayed, of the necessity to finalize their stance on extending their contracts during the current period.

Sources added that the Zamalek management refuses to tolerate any delay or evasion from the duo regarding their contract extensions and will take decisive actions if they sense such behavior.

The sources confirmed that the Zamalek administration wants to avoid having any of the key team members enter the last 6 months of their contracts without renewal to not lose an ideal marketing opportunity in the upcoming period.

This comes after Zamalek lost the services of Ahmed Sayed Zizo to their traditional rivals Al-Ahly for free, after his contract with the team ended, without the management succeeding in reaching an agreement with him for a new contract.
