The Madinah newspaper revealed that Anmar Al-Haili, the former president of Al-Ittihad Saudi Club, is only waiting for the official announcement of the opening of nominations by the Ministry of Sports to submit his candidacy papers for the presidency of "The Dean" again.

This anticipated move from Al-Haili comes amid a state of anticipation within the club, as many supporters of Al-Ittihad believe that his return could restore the administrative stability that the club has recently lost, especially after a season filled with fluctuations and inconsistent results.

Anmar Al-Haili is considered one of the most prominent figures to have presided over Al-Ittihad in recent years, having held the presidency during two previous terms, and during one of them, he managed to win the Saudi Roshan League title in 2023 after a long absence.

The Ministry of Sports is expected to announce in the coming days the opening of nominations for the presidency of major clubs, including Al-Hilal, Al-Nassr, Al-Ittihad, and Al-Ahli, as part of a new phase aimed at establishing administrative stability and enhancing governance.
