The Italian club Inter Milan is actively working on deals in the summer transfer market, aiming to strengthen the team's lineup in preparation for the new season. According to journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, the Italian club has placed Frenchman Christopher Nkunku, Chelsea's forward, on its list of attacking targets.

Inter Milan is looking for a striker with different characteristics than those currently in the squad, to provide additional solutions for the front line. Nkunku, born in 1997, is one of the names the club sees as the most suitable option to meet this technical need.

This approach comes amid the possibility of Iranian striker Mehdi Taremi's departure, who is reportedly attracting interest from English club Fulham and Turkish club Fenerbahçe, which could leave a gap that Inter needs to fill quickly.

Di Marzio indicated that negotiations are in the early stages so far, with Inter continuing to assess Taremi's situation and monitoring other developments in the transfer market before making a final decision.
