Zamalek Club is nearing a contract with the Angolan Chico Banza, winger of Estrela da Amadora from Portugal, during the current summer transfer window, according to press sources on Monday evening.

According to the sources, the Zamalek management has sent the contracts related to Chico Banza to his club Estrela da Amadora in order to finalize the deal during the current summer transfer market, following an agreement that took place between the two clubs.

The sources clarified that the negotiations for signing Banza are being led by John Edward, the sporting director of Zamalek, and that the club's management believes the player will be a strong addition to the team for the upcoming season.
