German newspaper "Bild" revealed that representatives of Spanish midfielder Nico Gonzalez have started to seek a new club for their client, amid a state of ambiguity and uncertainty regarding his future with his current club.

This comes despite the fact that the club paid a significant amount to sign Nico from Porto, yet the player does not enjoy sufficient technical trust and has not been relied upon as expected since joining last January.

The source added that the player's situation with City has prompted his agent to consider the offers available, at a time when this summer is expected to be crucial in determining the player's next destination, whether through a loan or a permanent sale.

City signed Gonzalez for 60 million euros, and he has played 17 matches with the team across all competitions, scoring two goals.
