Absences of Al-Hilal Against Fluminense
Thursday 03-07-2025
Four players have been confirmed absent from the Saudi Al-Hilal team in their upcoming match against Brazilian Fluminense, scheduled for Friday, as part of the quarter-finals of the FIFA Club World Cup.

According to press sources, Al-Hilal will miss the efforts of defender Hassan Tambakti, winger Salem Al-Dawsari, and forward Alexander Mitrovic against Fluminense due to various injuries, while Abdullah Al-Hamdan is also out of the tactical options.

It is noteworthy that Salem Al-Dawsari sustained an injury during his participation against Pachuca from Mexico in the match that ended with Al-Hilal winning 2-0 at the conclusion of the group stage.

Al-Hilal announced that Salem is suffering from a hamstring injury and requires treatment and rehabilitation for a period ranging from 4 to 6 weeks, thus ending the player's journey with the team in the Club World Cup.

As for Hassan Tambakti, he is suffering from a knee injury that prevented him from participating against Manchester City and he will also not be available for the upcoming match against Fluminense, but he may return in the semi-finals if Al-Hilal qualifies.

Al-Hilal lost Mitrovic's services during the tournament after he was injured two days before facing Real Madrid in the first round of the group stage.
