Conditions Delay Jesus' Signing with Al-Nassr
Reports have revealed the reason behind the delay of the Saudi Al-Nassr administration in announcing their contract with Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus, the former coach of Al-Hilal, to take over the first team for the new season.
The Al-Nassr club administration, headed by Abdullah Al-Majed, had settled on contracting with Jesus to coach the team, succeeding Italian Stefano Pioli, whose contract was mutually terminated.
According to what the press sources revealed, some of the contractual conditions set by the Portuguese coach contributed to the delay in officially completing the contract between him and Al-Nassr.
It is worth mentioning that the Portuguese international Cristiano Ronaldo, the captain of Al-Nassr, played a role in bridging the views between his club's administration and his compatriot, discussing the coach's desire to oversee the training of Al-Nassr next season.
