The British newspaper 'The Sun' reported that Paraguayan left-back Diego Leon is close to joining Manchester United, as the player is preparing to travel to the UK to finalize the deal.
Leon, who is 18 years old, signed a preliminary contract with Manchester United last January, and the English club is expected to officially announce the deal after the contracts are signed and visa procedures are completed.
Leon played the second half of last season with his team Cerro Porteño in the Paraguayan league, where he participated in 19 matches and scored two goals.
