The German newspaper "Bild" reported that Bayern Munich has begun to explore the option of signing English star Marcus Rashford, a player for Manchester United, as part of its plans to strengthen the left-wing position during the summer transfer window.

The newspaper clarified that Rashford is currently on Bayern's long list of scouts, behind several prominent names such as Bradley Barcola, Nico Williams, Rafael Leao, and Luis Diaz.

Rashford is considered an attractive option for Bayern officials, especially with his ability to play as a left winger and as an attacking player in the striker position, along with his impressive performance with Aston Villa during his loan in the second half of last season.

Reports indicated that Manchester United is asking for around 45 million euros to part with Rashford, amid uncertainty regarding his future with the English team, despite assurances from Bayern's sporting director, Max Eberl, about the need to rationalize spending in the upcoming period.
