Tuesday 01-07-2025
The German club Stuttgart has officially announced the signing of attacking midfielder Noah Darwish, coming from the Spanish club Barcelona, with a contract that extends until June 30, 2029, as part of the team's preparations for the upcoming 2025/2026 season.

This transfer is Stuttgart's second this summer, after the addition of French full-back Laurent Asignon last month. Darwish, who is 18 years old, is considered one of the most promising talents in the attacking midfield position.

Darwish expressed his happiness about joining Stuttgart, stating: "I am very happy that my move to Stuttgart, this special club, has been successful. I have been following the Bundesliga closely during my time at Barcelona and have seen the team's significant development. Now, I look forward to settling in quickly, getting to know my teammates, and working hard to achieve success with the club."

For his part, Fabian Vogt, a member of Stuttgart's board of directors for sports affairs, said: "We are very happy to have signed Noah Darwish. He is one of the biggest talents in his age group and plays at a high level despite his young age. We see great potential for development in him and trust in his future with Stuttgart."

It is worth mentioning that Darwish previously played with youth teams at Freiburg before moving to Barcelona in the summer of 2023. He also has extensive international experience with Germany's youth teams, having participated in 41 matches, scoring 13 goals and assisting 12 others.
