Zamalek Considers Signing Foreign Defender
Media personality Khaled Al-Ghandour confirmed during the "Stadium Al-Mohar" program that Zamalek is considering signing a foreign defender during the summer transfer window.
He added that acquiring a foreign defender could threaten the continuation of Salah Musadak within Zamalek's ranks, given the difficulty of registering foreign players in the defense position within the allowed foreign players list (only 5 players).
He continued: "The name of Jefferson Inkada, a player from Farco, has emerged among the strong candidates to strengthen the team, especially since he is available on a free transfer after the end of his contract."
He concluded: "Zamalek has entered into negotiations with the player, but the delay in finalizing the deal may give Al-Bank Al-Ahli Club an opportunity to sign him, as Inkada has an official offer from the bank and may sign with them if the agreement with Zamalek is not completed in time."
