Gianni Infantino, the President of FIFA, sent a special message to Al Ahly following their exit from the FIFA Club World Cup.
Infantino said on Instagram: "You have all made us happy in the FIFA Club World Cup, and I particularly enjoyed seeing your passionate fans. We eagerly await to meet you again."
Al Ahly earned two points in the group stage, drawing against Inter Miami in the first round and drawing against Porto in the third round, while the team lost to Palmeiras in the second round.
