The Spanish club Real Betis is interested in signing goalkeeper Iñaki Peña, a player from Barcelona, who has only one year left on his contract with the Catalan club.

According to the Spanish newspaper "Sport", Barcelona's management has decided to facilitate Peña's departure during the summer transfer window, in appreciation of his commitment and professional behavior over the past years.

This comes amid significant expected changes in the goalkeeping position at the club, with the arrival of goalkeeper Juan Garcia and the imminent signing of Wojciech Szczęsny.

Real Betis is the most interested in acquiring Peña's services, given the good cooperative relationship between the two clubs, which has been evident in previous transfers, while Celta Vigo and several other European clubs have also expressed their desire to sign the Spanish goalkeeper.
