The Saudi Union Club has begun to outline the features of the upcoming season through effective movements in the summer transfer market, aiming to strengthen the team with new local and foreign players to ensure a strong start.

After an exceptional season in which the team won the titles of the Roshan Saudi League and the King's Cup, the Union management seeks to maintain momentum by achieving an ideal start through promising signings.

According to the Saudi newspaper "Okaz," the management has decided to contract with 5 new players, distributed between local and foreign elements, without revealing their identities, noting that the official announcement will be delayed until a new president for the club is appointed.

The resignation of President Luai Mushaybi has opened the door for anticipated administrative changes, and it is expected that the unveiling of the new signings will coincide with the announcement of the name of the new president who will lead the upcoming phase.

The Union has set mid-July as the date for the start of the preparatory phase, with its training camp distributed among three countries: Spain, Portugal, and China, and it will officially start its season by participating in the Saudi Super Cup to be held in Hong Kong.
