Ahmed Hassan, a former Zamalek star, confirmed that the club's management is negotiating with Hamza Alaa, the former Al Ahly goalkeeper, to join the team.
Ahmed Hassan stated on his Facebook page: "Zamalek is taking advantage of Hamza Alaa not signing with any club yet to open negotiations with him."
The management of Zamalek will also hire a new coach to replace Ayman Al-Ramadi, who led the team to win the Egypt Cup this month.
