The Spanish club Barcelona has finalized its plans regarding several players who were candidates to continue with the team for the upcoming season, as part of the restructuring of the squad under the leadership of German coach Hans Flick.

According to the Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo", the Catalan club has informed its young striker Pau Victor to look for a new club, after backtracking on its previous plan to prepare him as a successor to Polish striker Robert Lewandowski in the center forward position in the coming years.

Barcelona has also decided to part ways with midfielder Oriol Romeu, having informed him that he is not part of Flick's plans for the new season, urging him to leave during the summer transfer window.

In the same context, goalkeeper Iñaki Peña realizes that his chances with the first team have become slim, and he has already begun searching for a new club, while Danish defender Andreas Christensen is the most likely to leave the team to reduce the number of center-backs, especially given his high salary.
