According to what the team's management announced, medical tests confirmed that Kadhsh needs a period of treatment and physical rehabilitation, making it impossible for him to return to participate in the ongoing tournament matches currently taking place in the United States.

The player sustained a muscle injury in the back of his thigh during the Green team's match against Haiti, which was the opening match for the team in the first round of the continental tournament.

The injury forced Kadhsh to miss the Saudi national team's second match against the United States, as the technical staff preferred to give him rest and closely monitor his medical condition.
