Juan Garcia Signs with Barcelona
Barcelona's new goalkeeper Juan Garcia signed his contract with the Catalan club today, Friday, at the headquarters of the Spotify platform in Camp Nou.
The contract of the young Spanish goalkeeper will extend with Barcelona until the summer of 2031.
The signing ceremony was attended by Barcelona's president Joan Laporta, vice president Rafa Yuste, football director Anderson Luis de Souza 'Deco', football area coordinator Bojan Krkic, and board member Juan Soler.
Barcelona announced on June 18 that they had signed the young Spanish goalkeeper from Espanyol for 25 million euros, which is the buyout clause in his contract.
The Spanish goalkeeper is the first signing for Barcelona this summer, in preparation for the new season's competitions.
